THE HEIGHTS BARBERSHOP SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAYS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in any The Heights Barbershop Social Media giveaway contest, participants agree to be governed by these terms and conditions, as defined below by The Heights Barbershop.

DURATION – All The Heights Barbershop Social Media giveaway contests start and end on the dates/times specified on the The Heights Barbershop Social Media page and post defining the giveaway in question.

ELIGIBILITY – The giveaway contest is open to any legal US residents who reside in the Continental US, and are at least 18 years of age.

ENTRY – To enter, Participants must follow the instructions outlined in the given contest post on the The Heights Barbershop Social Media Page in question. Entry requirements may include liking, sharing, following, and/or tagging friends during a specified timeframe. Only entries submitted before the given deadline will be considered.

PRIZE – The winner will receive the Prize in question as defined in the Social Media post info about that particular giveaway. The prize, as defined in these terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. The Heights Barbershop reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of their choosing in the event that a prize becomes unavailable on short notice.

WINNER SELECTION – The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries to the given The Heights Barbershop Social Media post by the deadline date/time. The winner will be notified by a comment on the original giveaway post from the Official The Heights Barbershop Social Media Page within 1-3 Days of their win which will instruct them to direct message the The Heights Barbershop Social Media Page where they entered the giveaway within 3 days after the deadline to coordinate Prize Pickup. If the winner does not respond within 30 days, another winner will be selected by the The Heights Barbershop team.

PUBLICITY – By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow The Heights Barbershop to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.

LIABILITY – The Heights Barbershop is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless The Heights Barbershop and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

GOVERNING LAW – The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of Johnstown, Cambria County, and the State of Pennsylvania.

MODIFICATION – The Heights Barbershop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. The Heights Barbershop also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
